"You must study harder if you want to do mission through your major"

At the Mission Forum on November 24, 2022, Professor Seo Deok-soo of NIBC, who conducts missionary work through business in Vietnam, hosted the forum.

NIBC (not I, but Christ) is a missional organization in Handong and the name of a company established in Vietnam in 2012. Mostly, Handong alumni have become the founding members of the company and have been working hard in Vietnam for "Missionary work through local community development."

Professor Seo introduced the ministry of NIBC and told the story of all the difficulties he had experienced, but in them, he sought wisdom with one heart altogether and tried to make a model product in the world.
Most of all, it was a time of great challenge when he emphasized that he had to study many times more to make affordable and high quality products (in this case, apartments).
Furthermore, he told us that housing problems are connected to local transportation, quality of life, and even urban problems, and that housing development projects are not just housing problems, but they are also about changing cities and planning cities.

It was a time of challenge and emotion that an hour felt short.
