"Missional Church is done through Mission Life. God's mission is Now and Here!"

Pastor Yang Chun-gil, the pastor of Pilgrim Missionary Church in New Jersey, USA, came to the mission forum on November 8, 2022.

Pastor Yang served as the main lecturer of the "Daniel Prayer's Association" the day before the forum and came down from Seoul to Pohang early in the morning to deliver his precious words, especially following the Bible's words, telling him strongly how to live Now & Here.

"We've done a lot of 'missionary programs' in the meantime, but has that changed your life? That was important, but now we have to go beyond missionary proograms and live as a "Missional Life."

He continued to say that if we prove the gospel through our lives and express our love to our neighbors, our churches will naturally become Missional Church, and so he emphasized that we are all called "missionaries" in all areas.

In the process, he said it is important to first discover his identity and calling, and that he is training with the saints step by step in his church.

On the other hand, however, there is a must-do, the part 'Evaluation' is said to be essential. We must have a community evaluation of what direction we are going in and whether we are doing effective activities so that we can go to the last step, "Go forward."

Missional churches lead to Missional life. I believe that God gave us life because he wants to prove God through us, for the glory of God.
