Greetings from the Director
Dear readers,
I am very happy and grateful to introduce the Handong Global Mission Institute. It is wonderful and thankful that that God has allowed this precious and beautiful institution to be established in Handong Global University.
In fact, Handong Global Mission Center was first begun to serve the 16th KWMF(Korean World Mission Fellowship), but God worked more to let us see a greater vision.
Handong Global Mission Institute aims not only to help Korean missionaries but also to help more spirits to return to God in the last days through the new given missionary model which focuses and inspires more of ‘lay ministers’ than ‘professional ministers’. This new missionary model enables the lay ministers to participate more actively in missions, and it also helps the professional ministers by supporting them with professional knowledge and supplying their needs. In sum, Handong Global Mission Institute enables missionaries to carry out long-term, effective, and strategic missions.
